Troubleshooting Guide

If you have no dial tone.
Unplug all devices connected to telephone line including; satellite dish, computer internet, answering machine, and telephones.  This will eliminate equipment problems.  Plug in one at a time in an attempt find culprit.  

Take known working phone outside and plug into jack inside customer side of (network interface device) box on side of house.  We are responsible for service up to this point.

Some telephones require batteries - check status.
